FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
1. What is your cancellation/refund policy?
If you must drop out of a class before the session begins, we can offer you a full refund. If you need to drop out of the session after the first class begins, we will offer you a refund minus the drop-in rate of $20/$35 ~ up to the 5th class of the session. After the 5th week of classes, we unfortunately, cannot offer refunds.
2. Do you offer make-up classes?
We understand unforseen circumstances ~ especially with a little sprout. We allow you to make-up classes during the session you are enrolled and we will work with you to provide make-ups if you must miss a class. If you are registered for the following session, you may roll over a maximum of 2 make-up classes.
3. Do you allow siblings to attend classes with their older/younger sibling?
Yes! Siblings may register for an entire class session or space permitting, we allow siblings to attend classes for a $35 drop-in rate.
4. Do you allow drop-ins?
Yes, we do! We ask, if possible, that you let us know ahead of time that you will be dropping in (send us an email or call us if you can). Drop-ins are $20/$35 per class.
5. Are we allowed to bring food/drink into class?
We understand that your little sprout doesn't always eat/drink on a perfect schedule. If you must give your child food during class, please remove them from the activity and try to have a "private" eating session. If it's impossible to keep it private, ask the teacher and parents ~ and make certain to have enough for everyone.
6. I am not musical/artistic how can I make the class meaningful for my little sprout?
The more involved and engaged you are in the class, the more meaningful it will be for your child. Your little sprout wants to sing and play with YOU!! Even if you'd rather talk with the other parents, try your best to stay focused on the class and your child and use the time after class for adult conversations.
